Barry Dobil is Vice President at Josh Early Candies with locations in the Greater Lehigh Valley. Barry represents the fifth generation of family ownership. His unique experience started at an early age but commenced full-time after his graduation from Lafayette College with a B.A. in Business/Economics in 2000. Barry has had the opportunity to learn every facet of the business and now specializes in production, finance and marketing. Specific accomplishments include: introduction of new equipment that increased output by 60%; and collaboration in design/development of Josh Early’s first e-commerce website. Barry now oversees Josh Early’s vibrant online marketing, SEO and social media integration. He has helped to create successful new products including Early Naturals, Josh Early Ultra and Custom Nonpareils. Under his leadership, Josh Early has earned “Best Chocolate” and “Top Workplace Awards.
Barry has served as EEACS Board of Trustees President since inception in 2014. Many of the School’s accomplishments can be attributed to his steady leadership. Barry is even more enthusiastic about EEACS’ vision and plans for the future. Barry resides in Orefield with his wife and two children. When not watching his kids’ sports activities, he enjoys the outdoors, GORUCK events and backpacking.
