Ed Duborg is the owner and CEO of Amada Senior Care Lehigh Valley. Ed founded Amada Senior Care in 2017 and has grown the company into one of the largest and most respected senior care businesses in the Lehigh Valley. Amada offers a portfolio of services to help seniors, including In-Home Care, Senior Living Advising, Elder Care Management and Long-term care insurance claims management. In 2020 and again in 2026, Ed received the Leadership Award, as the highest ranked business leader in The Morning Call’s Top Workplaces survey. Ed has always taken pride in providing the very best care for seniors while creating a great work environment for his employees. Amada Senior Care has been ranked #1 in the Top Workplaces survey 3 times, most recently in 2025 and 2026.
Prior to founding Amada Senior Care, Ed worked as a sales director and sales manager for a wide range of businesses that includes Wyndham Hotels, Hertz Car Rental, GlaxoSmithKline, and Karl Storz Endoscopy. Ed would like to use his experience as an entrepreneur and working for large corporations to the benefit of the students at Executive Education.
A graduate of Rutgers University, Ed earned a football scholarship as a walk-on and lettered in football while earning his degree.On a personal note, Ed lives in Upper Macungie Twp. with his wife Christine, son Dylan and daughter Molly. He and Christine have strong ties to the community and are very involved in volunteering and charitable causes. Ed was recently named Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels of the Greater Lehigh Valley.
