Health Services at Executive Education Academy Charter School
At Executive Education Academy Charter School in Allentown, Pennsylvania, the Health Services Department is dedicated to promoting and safeguarding the health and well-being of our students. Our professional team, consisting of Certified School Nurses (CSNs), Supplemental Nurses, and Health Paraprofessionals, ensures comprehensive health care in alignment with Pennsylvania state regulations.
Our Health Services Team

Certified School Nurses (CSNs): As the primary overseers of our Health Rooms, CSNs manage health assessments, treatments, and state-mandated screenings, including height/weight, vision, and hearing evaluations, ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Health standards.

Supplemental Nurses: Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) provide essential support to CSNs by administering medications and delivering specialized care that requires licensed nursing expertise.

Health Paraprofessionals: These team members assist in maintaining a safe and supportive health care environment, ensuring seamless operations within our Health Rooms.

Health Screening Announcement
Dear Parents and Guardians,
The health and well-being of our students remain our highest priority at Executive Education Academy Charter School, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. We are pleased to announce that we will be conducting mandatory health screenings, including height/weight measurements, vision, and hearing assessments, in accordance with Pennsylvania state requirements.
Details of the Screenings:

Location: The screenings will take place in a spacious, well-ventilated area to ensure safety and comfort.

Safety Protocols: All Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, including face coverings and social distancing, will be strictly followed to protect our students and staff.

Scheduling: A School Messenger notification will be sent with your child’s assigned screening day. To accommodate families, siblings may attend together on the same day.

A student’s health is directly related to their ability to learn. Supporting student success by providing health care through assessment, intervention, and follow-up care within the school setting is essential. EEACS school nurses address the physical, emotional, mental, and social health needs of students and support their achievement in the learning process. We are dedicated to meeting the health needs of each individual student through collaboration with staff, families, and healthcare professionals. We continue to advocate for our students, families and our school community. Children with unmet health needs have a difficult time engaging in the educational process and the nurses at EEACS want to make sure every student that walks through our doors has the greatest chance at success.
