Making a Right-to-Know Request

Under the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, members of the community can request access to public records available at Executive Education Academy Charter School.

To submit a Right-to-Know request, please download and complete the form below.

Completed forms must be emailed to Dr. Selma Abi-Daher at sabidaher@ee-schools.org or mailed to:

Requests must be provided to EEACS in writing. Please allow 5 (five) business days for a response to be provided.

Filing an Appeal

All appeals must be submitted to the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records within 15 business days following the date the request was denied.
