On Monday June, 13th The Class of 2034
Kindergarten Graduation along with The Class of 2022 Senior Graduation!
This year we are taking a small amount of our EEACS 2022 Senior Graduation
ceremony to celebrate our Kindergarten students and the future of Executive
Education! Both our seniors and our Kindergarten students will have their own
graduation ceremonies, with a brief overlap of the ceremonies occurring at Coca
Cola Park. Please see the schedule of events below:
3:30 PM: Kindergarten parents and students meet at the Pavilion in the back of EEACS to get
students dressed in caps and gowns
4:00 PM: Kindergarten students will get their names called, get their graduation certificates, and
parents can get pictures of their child with their teacher under the Pavilion and in the grassy
section behind the school. After pictures, parents should head to Coca Cola park for the joint
graduation ceremony, (There is a sectioned spot for Kinder families that are not staying for the
entire ceremony. Please use these seats to avoid disruptions in the ceremony!)
4:30 PM: Students will begin walking to Coca Cola park with their teacher
5:00 PM: Our JOINT graduation ceremony begins! Kindergarten students will join parents following
their portion of the ceremony at Coca Cola Park.
Approximately 5:30 PM: Kindergarten students will exit the ceremony to head back to their families.
Kindergarten families can choose to stay for the senior portion of the ceremony, or leave Coca Cola
Park following the Kindergarten portion. If Kindergarten families plan to leave, they will meet their
child at the park entrance. If they plan on staying for the Senior portion of graduation, they will
meet their child at the top of the stairs where they exit and take them back to your seat, during
intermission. In an effort to minimize the intermission and continue the Senior Graduation ceremony,
we are asking that a single parent grab their child following their exit and get all pictures at the
school before the ceremony begins.
**Kindergarten graduation caps and gowns must be returned to the homeroom teachers when
picking up students. Students may keep their tassels!**

CON La Clase de 2022 Graduación!
¡¡Este año estamos tomando una pequeña parte de nuestra ceremonia de graduación de último
año de EEACS 2022 para celebrar a nuestros estudiantes de Kindergarten y el futuro de
Executive Education! Tanto nuestros estudiantes de último año como nuestros estudiantes de
Kindergarten tendrán sus propias ceremonias de graduación, con una breve superposición de
las ceremonias que se llevarán a cabo en Coca Cola Park. Por favor vea el horario de
eventos a continuación:
3:30 PM: Los padres y estudiantes de Kindergarten se reúnen en el Pabellón en la parte trasera de
EEACS para vestir a los estudiantes con togas y birretes.
4:00 PM: Los estudiantes de Kindergarten serán llamados por sus nombres, para obtener sus certificados
de graduación y los padres podrán tomar fotografías de sus hijos con su maestro debajo del Pabellón y en la
sección de césped detrás de la escuela. Después de las fotografías, los padres deben dirigirse al Coca Cola
Park para el evento conjunto de la ceremonia de graduación. (Hay un lugar separado para las familias de
Kinder que no se quedarán durante toda la ceremonia. ¡Utilice estos asientos para evitar interrupciones en la
ceremonia!)
4:30 PM: Los estudiantes comenzarán a caminar al parque de Coca Cola con su maestro
5:00 PM: ¡Comienza nuestra ceremonia de graduación CONJUNTA! Los estudiantes de kindergarten se unirán
a los padres después de su parte de la ceremonia en el Parque Coca Cola.
Approximately 5:30 PM: Los estudiantes de kindergarten saldrán de la ceremonia para regresar con sus
familias. Las familias de kindergarten pueden optar por quedarse para la parte de la ceremonia de último
año o salir de Coca Cola Park después de la parte de kinder. Si las familias de Kindergarten planean irse,
se encontrarán con su hijo en la entrada del parque. Si planean quedarse para la parte de graduación del
último año, se encontrarán con su hijo en la parte superior de las escaleras donde salen y lo llevarán de
regreso a su asiento, durante el intermedio. En un esfuerzo por minimizar el intermedio y continuar con la
ceremonia de graduación, pedimos que un solo padre recoja a su hijo después de su salida y tome todas las
fotos en la escuela antes de que comience la ceremonia.
**Las togas y birretes de graduación de kindergarten deben devolverse a los maestros del salón principal al
recoger a los estudiantes. ¡Los estudiantes pueden conservar sus borlas!**
