Tracy Becker is President/Owner at Tracy Becker Construction, Inc located in Macungie PA, since 1997. With over 25 years of experience in the field of customer service and construction labor management, Tracy holds the contract as an Authorized Service Provider with The Home Depot and Lowe’s Home Improvement stores. Tracy, her Director of Technology, and her team have founded, designed and implemented Dragonfly, an eco-friendly, paper-free work management system for conducting business on a daily basis.
Tracy was a member of FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), elected President of the local chapter at Lock Haven High School 1982 and Vice president of the FBLA Region 7 chapter.
From 1986 through 1996 Tracy and her husband Donn, served as directors of Unity House located in Milton and Sunbury, PA. Unity House was a transitional living facility for recovering alcoholics. A structured 90 day program to help clients coming out of detox and rehabilitation to get a fresh new start, obtain their GED’s, learn life skills and obtain employment. They are also partners in Carpenter Bee Properties, LLP.
She is an active member of the WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council). Also serving in various capacities throughout the years with The Home Depot National installation team in helping to pilot and test and implement new programs.
Nearly 25 years serving in the local community, Tracy helps to supply the needs to local schools as well as supporting her two daughters’ classrooms in Roanoke, VA and Rockford, IL.
Through The Home Depot, Tracy has participated in many veteran’s projects like new doors installation, ramps, and wheelchair accessibility for disabled veterans, Team Depot events to beautify the American Legions, Camp Pendleton courtyards and packaging Hero Boxes sent to our troops aboard.
After being elected onto EEACS Foundation Board, Tracy was honored to be able to provide a scholarship to a student of the first graduating class of 2019 at EEACS. She has served on the Foundation board since December of 2018 and is elated to be given the opportunity of serving on the school board as Treasurer.
Married to Donn Becker since 1986, proud mother of 5 children, and Grandmother to 9 beautiful grandchildren. Tracy thrives on creating lasting memories with family and enjoys the beach and taking adventurous rides on their Harley.
