Mariam Hazim
Human Resources Leader
Mariam is a dynamic and experienced Human Resources professional with over five years of
leadership and management experience. With a strong foundation in organizational performance,
employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance, Mariam is dedicated to fostering
inclusive and thriving workplace cultures. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at
the National Kitchen and Bath Association, she plays a critical role in HR operations, including
benefits administration, policy implementation, payroll processing, and recruitment.
Academically, Mariam is pursuing a Master of Science in Business Administration focusing on
Human Resources at Southern New Hampshire University and is expected to graduate in
December 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (HR focus) from
the same institution, graduating with four academic honors and a 3.91 GPA, as well as an
Associate Degree in Applied Science in Human Resource Management from Lehigh Carbon
Community College, where they earned four Dean’s List honors with a 3.65 GPA.
Certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by HRCI, Mariam also actively engages
in continuous learning through specialized training in HR analytics, compensation and benefits,
recruitment, and leadership development. She is a proud member of SHRM, the Honor Society,
and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Fluent in Arabic and English, Mariam brings a multicultural perspective to HR leadership and
strong analytical, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Their expertise extends to
various HR systems, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe, and HRIS platforms.
Driven, resilient, and emotionally intelligent, Mariam is passionate about leveraging human
capital to drive organizational success while championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
in every aspect of her work.
