AP Parent Information Letter
Allentown, PA – Students have been working diligently in their Advanced Placement classes and I would like to take a moment to congratulate you. This school year has been a challenging year in many ways, but you have persevered and are reaching the culmination of your AP courses – the AP Exam. AP Exams are designed and administered by the College Board. Exam times and dates are set by the College Board and can not be changed.
Students will be taking their exams on their computer in school. Attendance is mandatory for the exam. Please see the exam schedule below. If students have an exam on a day they are not in the building they MUST arrive in the building 30 minutes prior to the start of the exam. Remember – times can not be altered.

If you have any questions about your AP exam please reach out to your teacher or Mrs. Weiss. If you have an extenuating circumstance and you are unable to come to the building on your exam day, you need to contact Mrs. Weiss immediately. (sweiss@ee-schools.org)
All College Board and EEACS safety protocols with exam day seating and social distancing will be strictly adhered to.
Once again, congratulations for having the courage to push yourself academically with these college level courses. Please listen to all the advice your teachers are giving you with respect to exam day preparation and best of luck on your exam. You will do great!
