Allentown, PA – Each year at EEACS we offer credit recovery for those students who are credit deficient. Students will be assigned a credit recovery course through Apex Learning. If a student is wishing to take more than one course during the summer, please be advised they must complete one course before they are given a second course.
Students are able to make up a course in one of the following subjects:
Science: Biology, Environmental Science, Physical Science
Language Arts: ELA 9, ELA 10, ELA 11, ELA 12
Math: Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry
Social Studies: US History, World History, US Government
Foreign Language: Spanish 1 and Spanish 2
For students who want to stay on track to graduate with their current class, summer credit recovery will help to ensure this is possible. If students are unsure which course or courses they may need credit recovery for, they should reach out to their College and Career Advisor – Mr. Rivera or Mrs. Weiss. If students do not take advantage of summer credit recovery, they will be placed in the same course or a comparable course, the following year, that will meet their graduation requirements.
The cost of credit recovery is $125 per course. Payment must be received before a student will be given access to the course. At this point in time the only payment method is cash.

SAT Prep:
This summer, 2022, EEACS will be offering an SAT Prep course. Students will meet 2 days a week through the month of July, from 8:00-12:00. If students are interested in taking this course, they will need to complete the online form to register. We are offering the course for free this summer.

Breakfast and Lunch:
For Credit Recovery and SAT Prep students will receive breakfast and a bagged lunch each day.

Please fill out the appropriate Google Form on the Website, on the HS tab. The last day to sign up is June 30, 2022.
